The Weekend Group played April 10th under ideal weather and course conditions. This month's tournament was the NCGC Zone Qualifer / 2 Person Best Ball Club Match.
Pictured above our BCGC's Zone Qualifier's: Robert Ruff, Paul Hand, and Bob Volk (not pictured is Shawn Breakey). Both of these qualifying teams play outstanding golf posting 61's or 10 under par. These men will move on to Monterey representing BCGC at this year's NCGC Zone Matches. Good Luck Team BCGC.
On the heels of teams Volk/Hand and Ruff/Breakey where Wayne Urbani and playing partner George Yanez (pictured above). They fired up a 64, for 7 under round to secure 3rd place and a back-up team should one of the other team not be able to make it. Wayne Urbani was also captured the closet to the pin on hole 5, hitting it 9'-2" to the pin. Gary Haack topped him on hole 17, by hitting to 7'-8" of the pin.NCGA Zone Qualifiers:
