The following is taken from the Grand Opening Program dated July 20-23, 1995:The artist team Jeffrey Reed from Oakland and Kathleen Kasper-Noonan of Carmichael created two sculptural works of art for the golf course. Reed's project consists of five poured in place concrete benches sited in various locations throughout the course. Reed is an artist with a degree in architecture and has a general contractor's license.
The slate and stone mural by Kasper-Noonan was installed in the lobby of the clubhouse. Noonan is a successful local artist whose works can be seen at the Downtown Plaza, Natomas Station, and the 39th Street Light Rail Station.
